The first project that photographer Goran Galic collaborated on with the ethnologist Gian-Reto Gredig was titled Ma bice bolje (Things will get better), 2004, and as a piece of comprehensive research into text and image, it focused attention on the inarticulacy of the media regarding the conflict in Bosnia. Truths had to be found between the lines. The two worked in a similar way on Photographers in Conflict: they conducted video interviews and took portrait photographs of war correspondents as they described their internal and external conflicts in crisis situations.
